Betsy Gun seismic sources, and other powder actuated seismic sources have been available since the mid 1950s.  Since 2018 we have provided support for all Betsy Guns from all manufacturers.  

Converting your existing Betsy Gun to an electric fire system will provide better data and a safer user experience.

Upgraded restraint systems for legacy Betsy Guns substantially increase the safety, and enable the use of modern more-powerful ammunition.

We offer repair and machining services, including firing rods, firing pins, safety systems, and firing chambers. 

If you suspect damage to an existing firing chamber, do not use it.  Send it in for inspection to ensure the integrity of the firing chamber.
